I am writing to let you know what an unbelievably positive experience we had with your service team. A few weeks ago we came in with our 2008 GL450 that was running so poorly we were ready to get rid of it. We had had the car serviced in Sandwich and it ran worse than when we dropped it off (due to the fact they incorrectly installed a part). We then decided to give it a last shot and called Prime. From the very first call, Erik walked us through the ins and outs of what was happening to our car, why it was happening and the options we had to fix it. He was patient, considerate and so thorough taking care to listen to our concerns about the age of the car and costs involved in fixing it. I never once felt pressured and more importantly never for a moment felt he was lying or “selling” me. He went above and beyond each step of the way to get our car right, test driving it himself and relaying our concerns to the technicians. I am sorry I did not meet the service technician I believe, Mike was his name, I want to thank him as well. You have gained a happy and more important repeat customer, because of Erik’s incredible customer service. He deserves a raise. Don’t lose him!

Was very easy. Took me a few hours to get approved and 2 days to be in the car. I don’t have very good credit so I thought it was gonna be a lot harder than it was, and I really needed a car. I got a great car there and they told me I can get it detailed anytime and they were very nice to me. And I would refer them to friends and family anytime.

I called the dealership to put in a credit application. They took it over the phone, explained my trade and had me approved instantly. Service was good and there was nothing wrong with the car. I know my credit is terrible so I understand the cost of the car is more expensive. Overall I had a great experience. Very quick and clean process.

Fast and accommodating. I own a business and work 6 days a week. Short of coming to my place of business (and they did tell me they would bring cars to me), they couldn’t have made it easier for me to do business with them. They had a good selection, I liked dealing with my sales person as well as the finance manager.

I purchased a used vehicle from Prime and they top to bottom were extremely helpful and curious across the board. I got great value for a underwhelming trade-in and a fantastic finance rate for my vehicle. Turned around and left with the car I wanted same day and they took care of everything. Returned the next week to take care of the sticker and registration and was in and out in no time at all. All parties there were pleasant and made it the most simple car buying experience I have encountered in my life.

I bought a chrysler van from them in 1993 and was broadsided within 6 weeks of buying the new van – $8000 damage, which I had Prime repair becuase then they would honor all warranties. I had that Van for 10 years and they went above and beyond on all repairs, and honored all warranties. After owning it about 5 years I went elsewhere for a state inspection and was told I needed $500 in repairs before they would give me an inspection sticker. I did not have the work done – took it to Prime and they said none of the work was needed, and did the inspection for the $19 or whatever the basic charge was at the time. None of the work required by the shyster mechanic was ever done on the van and it ran great until the day I sold it in a private sale. Bought a Toyota Highlander from them in 2001, new, and have taken it to Prime for all servicing. I do check on their pricing and suggestions for future work to be done (which they recommend at some of my visits) and have always had the other shops charge similar or slightly less, but they rarely dispute the recommended work. I have concluded for the past 20 years their service department has treated me fairly and honestly, and they offer loaners if the work will take a full day, they have evening hours and a great waiting area. I highly recommend them even though they are a dealership.

Saw the vehicle online and it was sold. The owner talked me into another one. He guided our family in the right direction. Other dealers did the old bait and switch. I had an issue with my seat and he took three hundred off to make me happy. Nobody could get us approved but he really did. Nice dealership and great selection of cars. I sent my friend there and she bought a car later that week and I got five hundred for just referring her. Overall sweet deal.
